Join us for the beginning of a series of community talkback events centered around the upcoming opening of The Gammage Project, a staged docu-drama produced in conjunction with Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre Company and The University of Pittsburgh Repertory Theatre. “From Jonny to Jordan” looks at the changes in police procedure and oversight from the time of the Jonny Gammage case to the recent Jordan Miles case.
Tuesday, January 10, 2012, was a big day for the 14th annual Summit Against Racism. Kenneth Miller handed out 100s of leaflets and talked about the Summit downtown. B&WR members went to county council to receive a proclamation/PDF of the proclamation. Later, B&WR members gathered at EPLC and saw that 1,200 piece mailing roll out the door.
