2012 Summit Registration
Pre-registrations may be made in advance by printing out the combined Registration, Program Book Ad, and Donation Form (available for download under the Forms section) and mailing it in with the amount due before January 14, 2012. You will then have a printed name tag and program packet waiting for you when you arrive at East Liberty Presbyterian Church on January 21, 2012. Registration rates for this year are:
- Adult, (22yrs and above) -- $25
- Groups of 5 or more -- $10 ea.
- Limited income/Youth under 21 -- $10
We also welcome
- contributions to support registration scholarships
- additional donations to support Summit expenses
- donations to Jonny Gammage Memorial Scholarship fund for law students
